LIZZIE ASHLEY
Project Leader
Lizzie became the Project Leader for The Lighthouse Project in September 2016. She is married and has 2 daughters. Lizzie has worked with young people for the past 17 years. Her previous experience includes church youth work, working with young people in children’s homes and behaviour support roles within the school environment.

MICHELLE WAINWRIGHT
Secondary Schools Coordinator
Michelle has worked with young people for 18 years in both voluntary and paid roles, including 9 years in a Secondary School. She is married and has a son. She loves going on adventures with them both! She is part of Broadfield Christian Fellowship.

SAMANTHA TAYLOR
Primary Assembly Coordinator
Sam joined the staff team in February 2020 as our Primary Assembly Coordinator. Sam is married and attends Elim Church in Bewbush where she is involved in the leadership team and leads the children’s ministry.

Primary Schools Coordinator
Adanze joined The Lighthouse Project in December 2024. Adanze is married, has 4 children and attends RCCG Living Faith Assembly in Horsham where she serves in the childrens ministry.

Charlie joined The Lighthouse Project in April 2024. Charlie is married, has 2 children and attends Crawley Community Church.
